“Kuʻu Ēwe, Kuʻu Piko, Kuʻu Iwi, Kuʻu Koko”

We will be hosting our 36th Annual Hoʻomau Benefit Concert on Saturday, March 25, 2023 from 9 am to sunset at the Maui Nui Botanical Gardens. This event is to help raise funds to support the students at Pūnana Leo O Maui, the Hawaiian language immersion preschool located in Wailuku. This year’s Hoʻomau will feature performances by the keiki of Pūnana Leo O Maui, as well as a line-up of award-winning local entertainers; Hālau Kekuaokalāʻauʻalaʻiliahi under the direction of Kumu Hula Haunani and ʻIliahi Paredes, Ikaika Blackburn, Kaulike Pescaia, Sean Parks, Hoʻaikāne, Kalani Peʻa, WEHILEI, Nuff Sedd, and Sudden Rush! Hoʻomau will showcase Hawawiian crafters, demonstrators and local business vendors from around the island as well as offering ʻono food and a keiki zone. Pūnana Leo O Maui will also be hosting a silent and live auction! This year’s theme, Kuʻu Ewe, Kuʻu Piko, Kuʻu Iwi, Kuʻu Koko was chosen by the parents of the students attending Pūnana Leo o Maui.
